This is privet (Ligustrum ovalifolium) growing very close to a source, illustrating that even resistant species can be injured if the concentrations are high enough and the leaves are at a the critical stage of development. Only a few branches were affected but on them, some leaves showed a little marginal necrosis and younger leaves were distorted.
