Habitats table

In APIS we have provided pollution impact records for main habitat types. This table relate the habitats used in APIS to UK Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) habitats (broad and priority), the Habitats Directive (Annex 1 habitats occurring in the UK) and EUNIS classifications. classifications. For completeness other habitats have been added that have no BAP or Habitats Directive classification, but do experience air pollution impacts.

For pollutants that have a broad ecosystem record in APIS (e.g. heavy metals, VOCs, halogens, dusts and POPs), the habitat-ecosystem link is also shown.
